EFM Overlaid on AFM Topography

Rubberized polypropylene with embedded carbon black particles, 8µm scan. Sample courtesy of L. Chen, Ohio University. In this image, the EFM channel was overlaid on the rendered AFM topography using ARgyle, the built-in 3D rendering tool in the software. The color gradient represents the EFM channel and the bumps represent the surface morphology.
