Figure 2: Fluorescent microspheres on glass coverslip, imaged
using the MFP-3D-CF with a Zeiss confocal. Fluorescence (color) was overlaid on a 3D rendering of the AFM Z-sensor data (topography) using an exclusive feature of the Asylum ARgyle™ software.
