Ferroelectric film (30nm PZT) provied by R. Ramesh, UC Berkeley. Courtesy of Bryan Huey, Ramesh Nath, Nick Polomoff, Kate Bagnoli, Arron Lucas, & Jim Bosse. University of Connecticut IMS/CMBE.
